Charles Reuben Estate Vineyard, Distillery, Lavender Farm and accommodation is located at Tea Tree in Tasmania's Coal River Valley wine region. Tea Tree is a five-minute drive north-west of Richmond (8 km) and a 30-minute drive north of Hobart (35 km). In September 2014, renovations of the 'Pinot Cottage' concluded and it is now available as tourist accommodation. The 'Pinot Cottage' is a secluded self contained timber cottage on the vineyard with two bedrooms, full European kitchen, spa and wood fire. A fully equipped European kitchen is part of the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge room has a beautiful view over some of the vineyard and contains the wood fire. Established in 1990, the four-hectare/ten acre Charles Reuben Estate has plantings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling in addition to other Bordeaux varieties.
